This is a VGA connector to connect, for example, a River Service New Net City JAMMA harness' RGBs output to 75 ohm load VGA into for example the Sanwa PFX chassis in a New Net City cabinet, or Wei-ya Chassis in the Egret 3, etc.
This adds AC coupling capacitors as well as resistors for a great image and no need to change impedance switch or different input on the chassis.
